Serger Embellishment Techniques: with Maryann Kotowski Package

Sergers are capable of offering much more than creating garments! With decorative threads you will learn how to create different effects using the normal stitch functions of your serger. For the next 3 weeks, we will make the different components that will become a table runner.After learning the different components you will be able to apply these techniques to future projects such as garments, tote bags, pillows, etc. You will also learn how using thread combinations will effect the density and quality of the stitch out. Whether you have a serger with a 4 Thread capability or with a Chain /Cover Stitch capability, you will be amazed at the results you can achieve.
