Twinkles

Do you practice the gift-giving tradition of making hand made presents for the special people in your life? A personalized quilt would be a memorable gift for any special occasion. Or do you need a quick and easy gift quilt? In this class we'll be working from the "Make It Christmas with 3 Yard Quilts" book and students will  have the option of creating the "Twinkles" or "Evergreen" quilt with just 3 yards of fabric.  Please let the instructor know which quilt you decide on. Supply List:
Each quilt is intended to be an economy quilt designed to utilize 44/45" wide fabric most efficiently. 

FOR A THROW SIZE QUILT

1. Three 1-yard cuts of 44/45" quilting cotton
2. 3 yards of 44/45" for the Backing
3. Batting
4. 1/2 fabric for making the quilt binding.

Sewing Supplies

-Sewing Machine in good working order- if you need to use a classroom, please reserve one from us in advance.
-50 weight sewing thread
-Rotary cutter, 6' x 24" acrylic ruler, self healing mat
-Basic sewing supplies: scissors, seam ripper, marking pen/chalk
-Sewing Machine Needle: Size 80
