All About Hems with Catherine Petrosino
Would you like to learn how to do your own hems on your clothes? If so, then you will learn a few basic techniques for hemming using your sewing machine. This class will cover how to sew a blindstitch hem, a jean hem and a rolled hem. We will also demonstrate how to mark a jean/pant hem and answer all of your hemming questions. First you will practice sewing each hem using your machine on cotton fabric and then you will use your new knowledge to hem a garment of your own. Sewing experience is required. If you need a machine for class, please let us know in advance.
