Join us for a 7 week series where you will learn how to free motion quilt with templates by designing and quilting your own "Quilt As You Go" Sampler Quilt. Each month we will be skill building by creating more complex designs using the six piece sampler set. This series will run seven months and you will be provided access to the classroom instructional videos for the sessions you enroll in.

- Set up your machine for free motion ruler work
- Layout projects using the Cross Hair Square
- Free motion quilt with templates
- Finish a beautiful 60” x 72” or smaller 36” x 36” quilt

Recommended Tools and Materials:
- Domestic sewing machine
- Westalee 6 piece template set
- 12 inch Arc Template
- Stable Tape
- Spacing gauge
- Ruler foot designed for your sewing machine
- Fabric and Batting- contact Laurie for fabric requirements
- Cotton thread 30-50 weight
- Scissors
- Quilting Needles 90/14 Topstitch
- Fabric Marking Pen
- Machinger quilting gloves
- Cross Hair Square
- Supreme Slider
- Extension Table to bring to class
Lesson #1 Preparation:
Make four 10” square quilting sandwiches ( top, batting, and backing). Mark the squares accordingly:
