Learn how to work with faux leather on your machine by making an oversized tote bag, big enough to pack for a weekend's worth of clothes or a travel sized sewing machine. The exterior of the sample bag is made in denim fabric with a faux leather bottom. The interior of the bag is made in cotton fabric with a faux leather triple pocket across each side of the inside of the bag and an interior strap to pull the ends together. You will be constructing the bag from cutting out your pattern pieces in the fabric to sewing the tote bag together. Designed by Catherine, this pattern will be provided for in class, but can be purchased separately if desired.
This is not a beginner sewing class, so sewing experience is a must for this class!
