We do not sew for hire. However, we do offer sewing machines and lessons in how to sew so that you can execute your project independently!

We do not offer sewing machines for rent. However, we do have frequent Studio Sewcial classes where participants may use and borrow our classroom machines to complete their projects independently without an educator's assistance.

All machines are placed into the same queue when they are brought in on a first come, first serve basis. On average it takes 1-3 weeks for service

Yes, but only the head. You do not need to bring in the entire table for service.

Unfortunately, due to the volume of machines we receive in-store, we are unable to accommodate house calls.

It depends! The best sewing machine for you depends on what you want to achieve with your sewing. The needs of someone sewing fine garments are different than those of someone sewing a heavy duty bag. There are a wide range of sewing machines and they perform diverse functions depending on their use. The simplest way to determine the best sewing machine for you is to visit the store, share a list of potential projects and a few must-have features, and test machines until you find the one!

We sell all types of machines! We sell sewing and embroidery machines, sergers, overlockers, sashiko, multineedle embroidery machines. Additionally, we carry sewing machine parts and accessories for all brands of sewing machines including: Baby Lock, Bernina, Brother, Janome, Juki, Husqvarna Viking, and Pfaff.

We also have high quality quilting cottons by the yard and pre-cuts. We carry thread for all purpose sewing and embroidery. We have notions, tools, and interfacing.
