This is a hands on class so bring your machine
You thought you new almost everything your Designer could do. When you take this class you'll be wowed again.
Make a pillow case learning French seams and encasing the border with no seams showing. Also learn to embellish
with 8-way programable stitching.
**there is a $15 fee for this class.
Supplies needed:
3/4 yard of body pillow fabric
1/3 yard of main border, no prints, tone on tone would be fine
2" strip 44" wide of contrasting fabric
Cotton thread
Rayon thread complimenting body fabric but will stand out on main border fabric
Wet and Gone Stabilizer 44" x 6" ---this will be available for $1.50

This Designer Diamond basic training class is on using and programming the sewing machine. No embroidery is covered in this class
Please bring everything to class that the machine came with, except the embroidery unit.
Embroidery training classes will cover some of the wonderful features of
professional style embroidery on the Designer Diamond.
Please bring the embroidery unit as well as a selection of
embroidery threads and stabilizer.
There is a small kit fee.

for the basic and embroidery training upon registration.

This class is free. We only charge your card if you cancel less than
7 days in advance. This is necessary to insure attendance and we do it
with all our free classes.
There is a $10.00 fee for lecture/demo techniques classes,
payable at registration.
However, when you attend you will have a $10.00 credit to spend that day...so the class is really free!
There is a $15.00 fee for hands on techniques classes.
If after registering for any of the classes you cannot attend, you should give us at least 7 days advance notice.
Otherwise your charge card will be billed for the class fees listed above.
You are not considered registered unless you have paid.
